Mandatory Skills:
* Web application design and development experience using PHP Frameworks (Codeigniter or Symfony or ZEND )
* Strong UI development skills using JavaScript libraries like JQuery or any other front end libraries
* Experience in Test driven development and Automated build management using any of the tools like PHPUnit , Hudson, Maven etc..
* Knowledge on Source Control (Git, SVN)
* Understands and can implement design patterns to achieve optimum implementation of a logical problem.
* 2+ years of experience in web applications/product development with strong analytical & logical thinking skills
* Team player with excellent people management skills & strong at verbal and written


* Should be able to serve as a role model to the team both professionally and personally

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors /Masters in Software* Engineering/Computer Science.
